The fully equipped kitchen includes a moka pot and a capsule coffee machine. A Smart TV is provided. A cot is available for an extra fee. Outside, you have a small private garden and an open terrace where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and the property offers mountain views. The quiet setting and fresh air are ideal for relaxing with your family. A path leads from the house to the village of San Julián de Bimenes in just a few minutes. You also have excellent connections to Oviedo and Gijón. Street parking is available for just 1 car. The streets leading to the house are narrow, so if you arrive with more than one car, you can drive up to the house to unload your luggage, but you will need to park any additional vehicles at Martimporra Town Hall, 300 m from the property. Events are not allowed.
